The Malta 9 offers an impressive 9m length with the same slim 2.3m width. At 1.4m deep, it’s a true swim-focused pool, ideal for fitness and leisure in one elegant design. Designed for maximum swimming space.

SHELL & DELIVERY:
– fibreglass shell + skimmer + aimflow
– delivery of shell (first 50km free)

FILTRATION SYSTEM:
– 0.75kW Pump
– 3 bag filter
– distribution box complete
– filter sand – 3 bags
– energy saving underwater LED light (blue)
– pump & filter enclosure

INSTALLATION OF POOL:
– hand digging in soft soil
– installation of pool
– electrical connection to existing point (5m)
– cement, sand and materials
– grey cement based coping
– transport sundries and chemicals
– removal of excavated soil

PROJECT NOTES
1. Waste pipe to existing sewer – within 5m (unobstructed)
2. Extra hard digging (max 3 days), R 1500.00 plus jackhammer hire, thereafter @ R1000 per day
3. Cleanup/water balance – one only cleanup per installation
4. Excludes customer supplied water other than municipal tap water, which do not qualify for cleanup/water balance
5. Additional cleanups (building site / own paving) to be levied an additional fee
6. Customer’s builders rubble, pavers in the event of additional own building, or pavings works will not be removed
7. Toilet facilities for workers for the duration of the project is the responsibility of the client
8. All paving should be sealed by client to ensure supplier warranty.

PAYMENT TERMS

• 1st Payment : 35% deposit
• Second Payment : 50% prior to delivery of shell and filtration
• Final Payment : 15% on completion
